500 g Bread flour
335 mL warm water (105-110F)
8 g kosher salt
7 g instant yeast
1 g sugar

I portioned the dough balls into 150 g portions. This yields a perfect size for a single banh mi sandwich.

Bake at 475 degrees F for total of 22 mins

You will need a spray bottle with water.
A cake pan filled with water.
